Less than two weeks after returning to Algiers, President Tebboune announced on Sunday he is returning to Germany for treatments due to complications in his foot. The President previously spent two months in Germany for COVID-19 treatment. There has been no indication as to how long the President will be away. There has been concern regarding his extended absences due to the political and economic issues facing the country.
